1.On the desktop, hover in the upper right corner of the screen, and then click Settings. 2.On the Desktop menu, click Control Panel. 3.Under Programs, click Uninstall a program. 4.Click Update for Japanese Microsoft IME Postal Code Dictionary, and then click uninstall. 5.When you are asked if you are sure you want to uninstall the update, click Yes.
